Prison Terminal proposal submitted to the Cinereach Documentary Fund. Cinereach funds artful narrative and documentary films that depict underrepresented perspectives, cross international boundaries and start meaningful conversations. Cinereach-supported films also demonstrate creativity, visual artistry and take a character-based approach.
November 2009
Prison Terminal proposal submitted to the Gucci Tribeca Documentary Fund. Eligible films include those which examine or document people who are ignored, ostracized or otherwise marginalized; people fighting for social or political change; or broad social movements.
Prison Terminal letter of inquiry submitted to the Fetzer Insitute. The Institute engages with people and programs working to bring the power of love and forgiveness to the center of individual, organizational and community life.
October 2009
Prison Terminal proposal submitted to the Soros Justice Media Fellowships. The fellowship supporst writers, print and broadcast journalists, bloggers, filmmakers, and other individuals with distinct voices proposing to complete media projects for local, regional and national markets that engage the public and provoke policy responses.
Prison Terminal letter of inquiry submitted to the Commonwealth Fund. The Fund supports independent research on health and social issues and makes grants to improve health care practice and policy. They are dedicated to helping people become more informed about their health care and improving care for vulnerable populations such as children, the elderly, low-income families, minorities, and the uninsured.

Prison Terminal proposal submitted to The Fledgling Fund. With approximately $1.5 million in funding disbursed annually, The Fledgling Fund is interested in making strategic grants and investments that help fledgling projects take flight.
Prison Terminal proposal submitted to The Threshold Foundation. They serve the social change movement by funding innovative national and international non-profit organizations working to further the causes of social justice, environmental preservation, humane economic systems and the peaceful coexistence of individuals, communities and cultures.

Prison Terminal attended the Prison Issues Residency at Blue Mountain Center in Blue Mountain Lake, New York. The Blue Mountain Center is a working community of writers, artists, filmmakers, activists and musicians in the heart of Adirondacks.

Prison Terminal proposal submitted to Sundance Documentary Fund/Work in Progress Grants. Work-in-Progress projects must be in production or post-production. These submissions are eligible for the maximum grant award of $75,000. Notification for the Sundance Documentary Fund will be made in August.
