Conference Results & Reactions:

On a 1 to 5 scale, my evaluation results were ranked at 4.93.

Here are some of the reactions I received from those who attended my presentation at the American Correctional Health Services Association 2010 Professional Development Conference:

Wonderful document on dying in America, not just in prison.

Bravo! Bring back with updates.

Hope you win an Academy Award!

Excellent!

Thanks for the best hospice care and program development and implementation I have seen and learned of.

The speaker was well chosen.

Excellent, good perspective to prison from outside source. Movie should be available along this line.

This was absolutely terrific. Impacted me greatly!

Excellent - show entire completed film next year for group!

Thank you for this wonderful presentation. It needs to be repeated at NCCHC and ACA conferences!

WOW! GREAT!!

Excellent and thought provoking!

I walked in probably during the middle of your movie. It was excellent. I want to know about your work and will visit your website. Thank you for giving this to us. It was so moving and so helpful to my insides and my continued drive to do this work.

Most, most excellent!

Truly good, very generous to share this work in progress.

Incredible filming and message!

Mr. Barens was so genuine. He moved the entire group.

Very thought provoking.

Hospice nursing is for the gifted few. They are a specialty of nursing that are little known about. Good luck with this program.

Because I work in a jail, I haven't had to address this particular issue. This is so well-done and so honestly done, I am grateful to have seen it. I hope he can take this far.

Outstanding!

Should be shown to correctional health care staff all over - as a training film. Very well done. Very personal. Very, very powerful!
